High School News:

By now, you should have received your second semester schedule.  If you did not receive it, please check with your home room teacher. Please review your schedule and keep it in a safe place.  In the unlikely event that a change is desired please refer to the back of your form for directions.  Please note that the cut off to submit a change request is this Friday, December 10th.

 

Club News:


Chemistry Club will meet TODAY during lunch in the Mrs. Bernat's room, 34031

Drama Club will meet TODAY in the Blackbox Theater after school

F.I.G.H.T. Club will meet TOMORROW

 

Athletics News: 

The varsity girls soccer team played Posnack on Monday and brought home a victory 8-0. Stephanie Segal lead scoring with 4 goals followed by Kaitlyn Webb with 2 and Carli Deibel and Monkica Neiconi splitting the remaining goals.  The game was a great time starting with devotions lead by Jenna Johnson and closed with prayer praising our Lord, lead by team captain Alex Basey.

 

 

The varsity boys basketball  team defeated Yeshiva 43-40.  Javan Shashaty and Clark Niles led the team in scoring while Chris Walkerow led the team in rebounding.

 

The JV boys basketball team won their game by the score of 50-40. Logan Williams led all scorers with 16 points, while our defense played great in the second half.

 On This Day in History          

December 8, 1934: American missionaries John and Betty Stam are beheaded by Chinese communists. The couple had met while attending Moody Bible Institute and married just the year before their death. Publication of their biography prompted hundreds to volunteer for missionary service.
