Great victory for the Varsity boys soccer against Westminster Academy 5-1. Ryan Riley led the way with four goals. Emilio Blanco had one goal and John Bartos had two assist.

The JV girls basketball team beat American Heritage Plantation 47-37.  The Eagles were led by Jessica Kreisel's 25 points.  We were able to meet with American Heritage after the game for prayer and to encourage them with what God has in store for their lives.

The Varsity girls basketball team beat Jupiter Christian 38-37.  We were down the whole game and with 30 seconds left took the lead and held on for the win in a very hard fought game.  Both teams prayed after the game.

 On This Day in History

December 1, 1955 -
In Montgomery, Alabama, Rosa Parks is jailed for refusing to give up her seat on a public bus to a white man, a violation of the city's racial segregation laws. The successful Montgomery Bus Boycott, organized by a young Baptist minister named Martin Luther King, Jr., followed Park's historic act of civil disobedience.

The Word of God for the Day

Psalm 4:8   I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.

The Official CCA Bad Joke of the Day

When cannibals ate a missionary, they got a taste of religion.
