The boys and girls tennis teams completed their regular season with 5-2 wins over Coral Springs Charter in preparation for district competition next Monday.  The boys record was 7-3 while the girls went 6-5.  Congratulations on a year filled with many improvements!

The Varsity Girls Softball team defeated Pine Crest yesterday with a final score of 4-0. Key players were Shelby Gilreath who went 3-3 with 3 RBI's, Tina Diebel who had a double and a walk and Katie Gottfried who pitched 6 strikeouts. Two girls from Pine Crest prayed with us after the game.

Thursday evening Your CCA Eagles travelled to South Plantation to take on the CSCA Crusaders. The crusaders jumped out to an early lead and led 3-1 at halftime. The eagles game roaring back and scored 8 unanswered goals to close out the season with a 9-3 victory. Each team honored their soon to be graduating seniors and families at halftime. Both teams joined together at midfield and one of the CSCA players led us in prayer. Attention all students, if you are interested in going skydiving with Student Council, you will need to get a permission slip from your parents and then tell them April Fools!

On This Day in History

On this day in 1700, English pranksters begin popularizing the annual tradition of April Fools' Day by playing practical jokes on each other.

The Word of God for the Day

Titus 3:7  Being made right with God by His grace, we could have the hope of receiving the life that never ends.

The Official CCA Bad Joke of the Day

When can you tell that it is raining cats and dogs?

When you step in a poodle.
