High School News:

Our annual Christian Bookfair will be held in the Elementary Library Media Center (room 2050) on March 21-25. The hours will be 8:00-5:00 daily. There are young adult as well as adult books available. Secondary students may visit throughout the week with a pass. All proceeds directly benefit both libraries.

CCA's March Jean Day will be on Wednesday, March 30th instead of March 25th!

This change is needed due to Freshmen/Sophomore retreats. Please continue to provide your Homeroom Teachers with $2.00 to participate in this Jean's Day.

All proceeds will be used by Mrs. Peyton's small group to purchase Diapers for His Caring Place! Note your calendars....Wednesday, March 30th is Jean's Day for our Secondary School! Let's enjoy some jean comfort and provide dry diapers for God's little ones!

Athletics News:

The CCA Eagles lacrosse team played Jupiter Christian on a beautiful day here on the CCA campus. The game was close early but the visitors were eventually able to pull away with a 19-2 win. Both teams shared a prayer together at the midfield after the game.

The Varsity Baseball team won 9-5 Friday night vs. WA. Chris Walkerow picked up the win and Dalton Dinatale had 2 doubles. Tyler Middlebrooks was our player of the week going:

6 for 10 (.600), 4 Runs, 7 RBI, 1 HR, 2 BB, .900 Slg %, .667 OB%

The JV baseball team dropped two games this weekend to Coral Springs Christian, 4-1, and Coral Springs Charter 5-0. Both were tough games with good pitching performances by Knox Poole and Jeremy Viveros. Jonah Carigan stepped up from the middle school team to catch against Coral Springs Christian. Jonah did an outstanding job behind the plate including throwing out a runner attempting to steal second.

Jake Jackson did a great job at third base in Saturday's game highlighted by a diving catch on the third base line.

While losing by score, it is great to announce that not only did Coral Springs Christian pray after Fridays game, so did the entire team and staff from Coral Springs Charter on Saturday. A great prayer was offered up by Sammy Cudmore following the game.

Why do people think that musicians are bullies?

Because they always pick on guitars and beat on drums.
