ATHLETICS NEWS: Go CCA Eagles!
Congratulations to the JV girls volleyball team for their exciting win over Sagemont, Tuesday. It was a hard fought, exciting game that came down to the wire in a tight three game match. Great serving and perseverance paid off of the Lady Eagles. Next game is Thursday at
Highlands. Record 1-3.
The Varsity Girls Volleyball team was victorious over Sagemont yesterday, 3 games to 0. Key players were Bethany Taylor with 6 kills, Jeri-Nicole Kendall with 4 kills and Daylyn Weppner had 14 service points. Both teams prayed on the center court after the match. Lastly, Coach Marci's son, Cade, age 7 gave his life to Christ.
The girls and boys cross country teams started off their seasons yesterday both placing 6th in the Mayor's Cup Fort Lauderdale City Championship race. Ten total school competed in each race. The girls were led by 7th grader Noel Picinich and the boys were led by 7th grader Chaney Oswell.
